Everything we sell is made-to-order. Our top priority is to provide the highest quality of products, while fulfilling as many orders as quickly as we can. Each product that we design, we also fabricate in our shop. We believe that fabrication is a crucial part of the design process and should not be outsourced. This helps us maintain a certain quality and keeps us improving our designs as well as adding new ones more frequently. Another perk that comes with making everything ourselves, is the ability to customize our products more quickly and affordably. We make it all from scratch so we are able to change dimensions, color and more without expensive customization fees.
THINGS THAT CAN AFFECT LEAD TIMES:
- Multiple item orders: Although we make things in batches, orders with multiple items may take a little longer to fulfill.
- Customizations: Alterations usually don't allow us to use our standard jigs or templates in the process and this can take slightly longer to fulfill.
- Material delays: We rely on raw materials, parts and coatings to fabricate our products. Sometimes these are delayed out of our control and can increase fabrication time.
