Everything is made to order

All of our products are made to order, with estimated lead times listed in each product description. Lead times are approximate, and unexpected material or fabrication delays can sometimes happen.
If an item is available to purchase, that doesn’t mean it’s in stock. If you have a project deadline or want to ask about possible expediting, send us an email before placing your order.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees collected at delivery. OneFortyThree does not collect or charge these additional fees at checkout.

Returns

Since every product is made to order, cancellations after 24 hours and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Unused and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please check your package when it arrives and contact us right away if it was damaged during shipping.
Be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. OneFortyThree isn’t responsible for extra costs on unclaimed or returned packages, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Large orders (10 or more items or over $1000) and custom orders can’t be returned. Light bulbs are also non-returnable.

Shipping

Double check your shipping address at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your package.
Orders over $100 or shipping to New York require a signature on delivery. If you’d rather have the package left at your door, leave a note at checkout.
Packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to us will require additional shipping payment to resend.
For international orders, OneFortyThree does not cover taxes or import duties. These must be paid by the customer when the order arrives.
