As stated in all product descriptions, all of our items are made to order with listed estimated lead times. You will receive an order confirmation at the time of your order. When it comes time to ship your order, we will send you a separate email confirming the shipment, tracking information and a link to follow the journey of your package. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by onefortythree at time of purchase. 

Please double check that you have provided an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to onefortythree will require an additional shipping cost to re-send.

We rely on Shopify's shipping rate calculator to calculate shipping costs for your order. Due to the larger nature of our products, sometimes this rate is not accurate and may underquote your shipping rates. We reserve the right to select the most economical shipping rate or shipping provider available to ship your order. If a specific carrier does not deliver to your address, please make sure to note this in the notes field at checkout.


Because each product is made as orders are placed, a 25% restock fee will be applied to orders cancelled after 24 hours or returned. Inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it wasn’t damaged during shipping. Unused and undamaged items up to 30 days from the time of delivery can be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please send the products in original packaging (if possible) to onefortythree, 441 Mark Leany Dr. Henderson, NV 89011. Please include an explanation of the return or exchange or email us prior to your return. You will be responsible for shipping costs on returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Products returned that are damaged may be subject to an additional deduction (depending on extent of damage). Large orders (10 or more items and/or $1000+), or orders with customizations, may not be returned. Light bulbs cannot be returned.
